Current Graduates.

Ivan Cordoba.

Ivan joined MANN in 2022 as part of our Graduate Program. He has a degree in Civil Engineering and a degree in Construction Management. With 10+ years of international experience in estimating, cost planning, quantity surveying and monitoring the construction costs of residential projects and in the design of building structures, he is now helping MANN pricing and bidding our complex demolition projects in Melbourne and around Victoria. With his enthusiasm and dedication to achieving success, coupled with his experience and his skill set, he is ready to quickly exceed our expectations and make a positive impact on our company.

Previous Graduates.

Stephanie Nguyen.

Stephanie is a graduate civil engineer having joined MANN in the 2021 coming onboard through our Graduate Program. She has completed her Master degree in Civil Engineering at The University of Melbourne. She has a strong understanding in civil and infrastructure projects through her academic journey. Stephanie has transitioned herself to explore more in the demolition industry using her strong engineering-based knowledge. She works on and offsite to monitor and report project progress and liaise with our Project Manager’s with cost forecasting, resources and document management.

Quang Tran.

Quang Tran joined MANN in 2021 through the Graduate Program while completing his Master’s degree. Quang has gained valuable experiences working on some of the most complex demolition projects in Melbourne. Quang successfully acquired his Master’s degree (with Distinction) specializing in structural engineering at the end of 2021 from the University of Melbourne. He now helps the team with estimating, project planning/managing, and solving problems associated with his discipline.

William Granger.

William is a graduate civil engineer who joined MANN in 2022 through our Graduate Program. Later that year, he completed his Honours in Civil Engineering at Swinburne University. William assisted senior project managers in the efficient delivery of projects, focusing on budgeting, demolition methodologies, and programming. His strong interpersonal and technical engineering skills have made him a valuable asset to the MANN Team.
